This motor choke is an option for variable speed drives of Altivar 61 / Altivar 71 range. Its rated current equal to 481A. It is used as an output filter (between drive output and motor) and enables your variable speed drive to run with motor cables longer than the maximum permitted lengths. Its protection index is IP00. It weighs 58 kg. It is used to limit overvoltages at the motor terminals, filter interference and reduce motor earth leakage current. It is sold in indivisible quantity of 3.
