It's a keylock adapter for rotary handle padlocking system for Compact NSX 100/160/250, PowerPact H/J frames and EasyPact CVS 100/160/250. This adapter has to be used with Ronis or Profalux keylocks (not supplied) to achieve the rotary handle locking.
