Altivar Solar variable speed drive range is designed to improve pump performance and increase pump availability while reducing the total system cost. They are robust, simple to commission, and easily integrated into different machine layouts and cabinets. It controls motors of 0.37kW/0.5HP power rating with a single-phase supply voltage of 200…240V 50/60Hz. It embeds dedicated functions for synchronous motors, ATV logic, and pumping and safety functions. Altivar Solar VSD integrates the Modbus and CANopen communication protocols as standard. The Altivar Solar VFDs have a compact control block design. Its dimensions are 72mm (width) x 143mm (depth) x 128mm (height) and it weighs 1kg. Altivar Solar drives bring key benefits to our solar pump system builders. It conforms to IEC/EN/UL 61800-5-1, EN/IEC 61800-3 (Environments 1 and 2, category C2, C3), IEC 60721-3, IEC 61508, and IEC 13849-1. It is certified CE, UKCA, UR (UL recognized component), UL 61800-5-1, RCM, and RoHS EU and China. These drives have a dedicated compatibility mode function, enabling customers to replace a legacy product ATV312 Solar without changing the PLC program. Our Altivar Solar Sizer tool will help you design your Solar system. The Altivar Solar range achieves superior upgradable performance by enhancing its embedded functionality and performance capacity for hardware and software. It is a Green Premium product designed to take environmental considerations beyond current directives and regulations and complies with RoHS and REACH.
