When used alongside an exhaust fan and light switch, this device allows the exhaust fan to continue running even after the light switch is turned off. The selectable delay turns off the exhaust fan 5, 10, or 30 minutes after the light is switched off. You can also determine when the turn off delay is triggered, be it 3 sec, 1 min or 3 mins. The device has a small timer that is designed to sit behind the wall plate to easily comply with building regulations, and is fixed using screws.
